By accessing or using Tank on Wheels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Tank on Wheels is a technology platform that connects customers who need water delivery with independent approved providers, including tanker drivers and water stations, operating in Ghana.

We facilitate ordering, pricing visibility, matching, live tracking, communication, and payment tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the water supplier and do not own or operate the tankers or stations fulfilling deliveries.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Providers may be required to complete verification and approval before receiving orders.

Customers are responsible for confirming quantity, delivery location, and the displayed price before placing an order. Pricing may depend on factors such as quantity and distance. Available payment methods may include card, mobile money, digital wallet, or cash on delivery, and can vary by region or app version.

Providers are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders professionally and in accordance with platform guidelines. Commission, settlement, and payout terms shown in the provider app apply to provider earnings.

Orders may be cancelled or reassigned according to in-app rules and operational circumstances. If a delivery issue arises — including delays, quantity disputes, or payment problems — contact support promptly through the app or at contact@tankonwheels.com. Remedies are assessed case by case.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, create fake orders, or interfere with other users
• Provide false identity, vehicle, station, or payment information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers, providers, or support staff
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

Providers must maintain any licenses, permits, vehicle fitness, and water-handling standards required by applicable law. Providers decide whether to accept nearby requests and are responsible for safe navigation, delivery quality, and accurate settlement information.

Ratings, reviews, in-app chat, and calling are provided to support coordination and service quality. Content you submit must be lawful and respectful. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep service reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact delivery times, or that every provider request will be fulfilled. Water quality and handling at the source remain the responsibility of the supplying provider or station, subject to applicable standards and law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tank on Wheels and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create safety or fraud risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure by contacting us.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ghana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to applicable consumer protections.
