Tank on Wheels("we", "us", or "our") provides an on-demand water delivery platform connecting customers with approved water tanker drivers and water stations in Ghana.

Location data is central to ordering and live delivery tracking. Customers share delivery locations when placing orders. Providers may share live location while online or fulfilling a delivery so customers can follow progress. You can control location permissions through your device settings, though some features may not work without them.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or ask us to limit processing. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications.
